Islamabad: The World Health Organization and the Government will jointly establish twenty-six new vaccination centers across the country to strengthen Pakistan’s Expanded Programme on Immunization. The initiative aims to enhance the accessibility of essential health services and lifesaving vaccines in underserved areas throughout the nation.
According to Radio Pakistan, the new centers are expected to serve over seven hundred and fifty thousand people. These facilities will not only provide vaccines but also ensure a more effective response to health emergencies. The collaboration between the World Health Organization and the Pakistani government highlights a significant step towards improving healthcare infrastructure and addressing public health needs in the country.
