Today is the Last Day for Hajj Pilgrims to Complete Medical Questionnaire

Islamabad: The intending pilgrims have been advised to complete their medical questionnaire on the Pak Hajj App by tomorrow. Spokesperson for the Ministry of Religious Affairs and Interfaith Harmony, Muhammad Umar Butt, announced that digital medical records have been made mandatory for 119,000 Pakistani pilgrims selected for Hajj 2026.

According to Radio Pakistan, the database is being developed in accordance with the directives of the Saudi Government. This initiative aims to ensure prompt and accurate medical assistance during Hajj, considering the intense physical exertion and potential emergencies involved. All pilgrims have been instructed to upload their health-related details on the app within the next 36 hours.

Muhammad Umar Butt highlighted that the questionnaire is crucial for the coordinated provision of medical facilities to the pilgrims. It includes information on chronic diseases such as diabetes, high blood pressure, arthritis, thyroid disorders, asthma, and heart conditions. This will enable medical personnel to access pilgrims' medical history in case of emergencies. Pilgrims have been advised to select "Yes" or "No" against each condition accordingly.

The spokesperson further explained that the Pak Hajj App has evolved into a comprehensive "one-window operation" portal. A direct link for printing Hajj visas has been activated, and pilgrims can also view their respective flight schedules and timings through the app. Muhammad Umar mentioned that the Ministry is continuously updating the application with new information and instructions in phases.

He urged the intending pilgrims to stay connected with the "Pak Hajj 2026" mobile app and complete their medical profiles by Friday to avoid any inconvenience.
