A three-day Technology Festival and Expo, jointly organized by Radio Pakistan, Metrix Pakistan and Pine Hills Education System will begin at Abbottabad city of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa on 4th of the next month.
Given the name of “Metrix Tech Fest”, the Expo will be the largest of its kind in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, and bring together Pakistan’s top tech startups, investors, innovators, industry specialists and leaders from the public and private sectors.
The basic objective of this event is to empower youth and provide idea-focused talks on a wide range of technology-related subjects, fostering learning, inspiration and thought-provoking conversations.
The three-day event will feature various segments, including conferences and panel discussions on Blockchain Freelancing, E-Commerce, Medical and Tourism.
Radio Pakistan, being mother of all media, has adopted modern broadcasting trends and techniques along with its conventional and traditional broadcasting to reach out the masses via various non-conventional means of broadcasting, which includes state-of-the art Podcast Studios, Multi-lingual radio transmission and dedicated Technology Channel.
This fest is a specialized event that serves many purposes. It provides networking opportunities, facilitates relationship building, and most importantly, empowers the youth, encouraging them to enter the field. The fest has become a catalyst for positive change in Pakistan’s IT sector, addressing issues such as embezzlement and driving progress.
Various national and international investors from IT and tech-related companies will participate in the event.
