Sindh Govt starts first phase of Karachi safe city project

Sindh government has started first phase of Karachi safe city project.

The seven pole sites under the Karachi safe city project have started working and the city is being monitored through thirty-five Close Circuit cameras.

Sindh Home Minister Ziaul Hassan Lanjar and IG Sindh Police Ghuam Nabi Memon informed the Sindh Chief Minister Syed Murad Ali Shah in a meeting in Karachi on Tuesday that four to six CCTV cameras are installed at each pole site.

The meeting was informed that construction of safe city authority headquarters has also been started.
