Sindh Chief Minister Syed Murad Ali Shah has said that provincial government is working persistently to provide better facilities to the special children.
He was addressing a seminar regarding Autism organized by the Pakistan Center for Autism in Karachi on Saturday. The title of the seminar was ‘Challenges of Autism and its Solutions’.
The Chief Minister said that the government has framed laws regarding special children and is determined to bring those into practice at every level to facilitate special children.
Syed Murad Ali Shah said we also need proper awareness regarding the needs and requirements of autistic children and other children with special needs.
The Chief Minister said we have established a Department of Empowerment of Persons with Disabilities whereas; 66 centers for special persons are working in various districts of the province.
