Sindh Governor Denounces Indian Actions in Kashmir on Black Day

Karachi: Sindh Governor Kamran Khan Tesori marked Black Day by condemning the initial Indian military intervention in Kashmir on October 27, 1947, describing it as a dark moment in South Asian history. He asserted that despite decades of harsh tactics, the resolve of the Kashmiri people remains unbroken, supported by countless sacrifices in their fight for self-determination.

According to Sindh Governor House, Governor Tesori emphasized the continued oppression and brutal strategies employed by India, which he said have been unsuccessful in quelling the Kashmiri struggle for their rights. He highlighted the persistent human rights violations in the region and called on the United Nations and international communities to take immediate action to address these grievances, underscoring the urgent need for global attention to the plight of the Kashmiri people.
