Lahore: The Vaisakhi Mela and Khalsa Janam Din celebrations, organized by the Evacuee Trust Property Board, are continuing on the eighth day. Over 5,780 Indian Sikh Yatrees have traveled to Pakistan for these celebrations.
According to Radio Pakistan, the Yatrees performed religious rituals at Gurdwara Janam Asthan Nankana Sahib, Panja Sahib, and Kartarpur, and attended ceremonies held in their honor. They expressed appreciation for the hospitality and arrangements provided during the celebrations.
The group is scheduled to return to India via the Wagah Border on Saturday, following a one-day stay at Gurdwara Dera Sahib in Lahore.
