Chief Minister Balochistan, Jam Kamal Khan has said the role of office of the Auditor General Pakistan is very significant in effective utilization of national resources.

Talking to Auditor General Pakistan, Javaid Jehangir, who called on him in Quetta today (Wednesday), he said comprehensive measures should be taken to further strengthen the process of audit.

During the meeting, Auditor General Pakistan briefed the Chief Minister about the performance of the institution and new initiatives taken to further improve the performance of the institution.

They also agreed to promote coordination and cooperation to make the audit system effective.
