Rain-Wind and Thunderstorm Expected in Parts of Country

Islamabad: Partly cloudy weather with rain, wind, and thunderstorm is expected at isolated places in Punjab, Islamabad, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, North-East Balochistan, Gilgit-Baltistan, and Kashmir during the next twelve hours. Hot and dry weather is anticipated in the other parts of the country.

According to Radio Pakistan, the temperature of major cities recorded this morning included Islamabad at seventeen degrees centigrade, Lahore at twenty-six, Karachi at twenty-five, Peshawar at twenty-two, Quetta at twenty-one, and Gilgit and Murree at thirteen. Muzaffarabad recorded a temperature of fifteen degrees centigrade.

Regarding the weather forecast for Indian Illegally Occupied Jammu and Kashmir, cloudy weather with chances of rain and thunderstorm is expected in Srinagar, Pulwama, Anantnag, Shopian, Baramula, Leh, and Jammu. The morning temperatures recorded in these areas were eleven degrees centigrade in Srinagar and Anantnag, twenty-three in Jammu, and ten degrees centigrade in Pulwama, Shopian, and Baramula.
