Lahore: Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz has approved the establishment of the region’s largest and most advanced climate observatory in Lahore. This initiative was announced during a meeting chaired by Senior Punjab Minister Marriyum Aurangzeb in Lahore.
According to Radio Pakistan, the meeting also decided to establish the latest science center. This development reflects the government’s commitment to advancing scientific research and climate monitoring in the region. The climate observatory is expected to play a crucial role in studying and understanding climate patterns, which is essential for informed policy-making and environmental planning.
