Pakistan’s Diplomatic Efforts Acknowledged in Regional De-escalation

Lahore: Minister for Information and Broadcasting Attaullah Tarar says Pakistan is playing a constructive and effective role on the diplomatic front for de-escalation in the region amidst the ongoing situation.

According to Radio Pakistan, addressing a ceremony in Lahore today, he said Pakistan has been globally acknowledged as a strong country on defence and diplomatic fronts. The Minister emphasized that while Pakistan continues to advocate for de-escalation and peace, its own defence capabilities remain robust with highly professional and vigilant armed forces.

He noted that regardless of the challenges that may arise, Pakistan has consistently emerged victorious. In the same address, he paid tribute to former President Muhammad Rafique Tarar, whose death anniversary is being observed, noting that Rafique Tarar led a life characterized by simplicity and a culture of tolerance and mutual respect in politics.
