Islamabad: Foreign Secretary Amna Baloch has praised the efforts of the outgoing Ambassador of the Republic of Korea, Park Kijun, in strengthening the bilateral ties between Pakistan and Korea. She expressed optimism for the continued progress of relations between the two countries.
According to Radio Pakistan, these remarks were made during a farewell meeting with the Korean Ambassador, Park Kijun, who visited the Foreign Secretary in Islamabad. As a gesture of appreciation, a farewell lunch was hosted for Ambassador Park by Additional Secretary (Asia and Pacific) Imran Ahmad Siddique. During the event, Siddique commended the Ambassador’s significant contributions and expressed confidence that his successor would continue to build on the positive momentum established during Park’s tenure.
