Makkah: The Ministry of Religious Affairs has established a vibrant complaint mechanism in Saudi Arabia to assist Pakistani Haj pilgrims. Deputy Coordinator for Complaints and Monitoring, Ubaidullah Zakria, has emphasized the round-the-clock operation of a call center dedicated to swiftly resolving complaints.
According to Radio Pakistan, Ubaidullah Zakria shared with Correspondent Abdul Rehman Cheema that the mechanism has already addressed a significant number of grievances. Out of a total of 1,324 complaints lodged, 722 have been successfully resolved, while 204 were deemed invalid. This initiative aims to ensure a smoother and more responsive experience for the pilgrims during their stay in Saudi Arabia.
