Khyber Pakhtunkhwa government has decided to expand scope of ‘Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Alternate Dispute Resolution Act’ to nineteen districts of the province.
The decision was taken during a meeting in Peshawar on Friday under the chairmanship of Advisor to Chief Minister on Home and Tribal Affairs Babar Saleem Swati.
Speaking on the occasion, he said a fifty-member special arbitrator committees have been set up in every district under the Act.
He said it will decrease the burden of cases on courts which will help in decreasing the ratio of crimes.
