AGM Details: The Annual General Meeting of Khalid Siraj Textile Mills Limited is scheduled to be held on October 24, 2023, in Lahore. The entitlements mentioned above will be applicable to shareholders whose names appear in the Register of Members on October 16, 2023. Additionally, the Share Transfer Books of the company will be closed from October 17, 2023, to October 24, 2023, inclusive.
