Intellectuals, Analysts Laud Institutions and Scientists for Making Pakistan a Nuclear Power

Islamabad: Pakistan is celebrated as the first Muslim nuclear state, and in this context, intellectuals and analysts have shared significant messages on the occasion of Youm-e-Takbeer. Analyst Tasdeeq Gillani expressed gratitude to all individuals and institutions that played a role in achieving this milestone, attributing the success to divine intervention that allowed Pakistan to respond effectively to a considerably larger adversary.

According to Radio Pakistan, Major General (retired) Samrez Salik reflected on the year 1998 when Indian Prime Minister Vajpayee visited Lahore and acknowledged Pakistan’s nuclear reality. This acknowledgment marked a significant moment in regional geopolitics.

Senior Analyst Aftab Nazir emphasized that Pakistan’s nuclear capability served as a message to India, asserting that Pakistan has the right and ability to defend itself against any aggression. He highlighted the collaborative efforts of the Armed Forces, scientists, and politicians in fortifying the nation’s defense capabilities.

Similarly, Senior Analyst Rana Azeem remarked that May is a defining month for Pakistan, symbolizing the strengthening of the nation, its victories, and its recognition on the global stage.
