‘HR development important element of Govt’s 5-year targets’

Minister for Planning and Development Ahsan Iqbal has said human resource development is an important element of government's five-year targets. Addressing an event in Islamabad today, he also emphasized the need for evolving a national human resource strategy to set targets of human resource development for the next ten years.
