Hot, Humid Weather to Prevail, Rain Expected in Isolated Areas

Islamabad: Hot and humid weather is expected to dominate most parts of the country. Regions including Kashmir, Islamabad, north/southeast Punjab, Pothohar, and upper Khyber Pakhtunkhwa are likely to experience rain along with wind and thundershowers in isolated areas.

According to Radio Pakistan, the temperatures recorded in major cities indicate that Islamabad and Quetta are at twenty-six degrees centigrade, Lahore is at twenty-eight, Karachi and Peshawar are at thirty, Gilgit is at twenty-nine, Murree at seventeen, and Muzaffarabad at twenty-five degrees centigrade.

The weather forecast for Indian Illegally Occupied Jammu and Kashmir predicts partly cloudy conditions with possibilities of rain accompanied by wind and thundershowers in Srinagar, Anantnag, Shopian, Baramula, Leh, and Jammu. The temperature recorded in these areas this morning was nineteen degrees centigrade in Srinagar, Pulwama, and Baramula, twenty-seven in Jammu, ten in Leh, and eighteen in Anantnag and Shopian.
