Islamabad: Mainly hot and humid weather is expected in most parts of the country. However, isolated rain-wind and thundershower are anticipated in northeast Punjab, upper Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Gilgit Baltistan, Kashmir, Islamabad, and the Pothohar region. According to Radio Pakistan, temperatures in major cities are expected to reach twenty-three degrees centigrade in Islamabad, twenty-eight in Lahore and Karachi, twenty-six in Peshawar and Muzaffarabad, twenty-two in Quetta, twenty-four in Gilgit, and seventeen in Murree. In Indian Illegally Occupied Jammu and Kashmir, partly cloudy weather with chances of rain and wind thundershower is expected in Jammu, Pulwama, Anantnag, Shopian, Baramula, Srinagar, and Leh. The forecasted temperatures are twenty-one degrees centigrade in Srinagar and Pulwama, twenty-seven in Jammu, twelve in Leh, nineteen in Shopian, and twenty in Baramula and Anantnag.
