Habib Bank Limited Announces Closure of Transfer Books for Nineteenth Profit Payment

Karachi, Habib Bank Limited (HBL) has announced the closure of its transfer books for the nineteenth profit payment on its ADT-1 TFC 2019 “HBLTFC2” certificates. According to information available from the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), the closure period is set from June 20, 2024, to June 26, 2024, inclusive. TFC holders whose names are registered by the close of business on June 19, 2024, will be eligible for this profit payment.

The profit payment will be directly credited to the TFC holders’ International Bank Account Numbers (IBANs). HBL has advised all TFC holders to ensure their IBAN details are updated in their Central Depository System (CDS) accounts. Additionally, any changes in address or tax status, including filer, exempted, or non-filer status, should be communicated to the Bank’s Registrar promptly.
