Urumqi: Planning Minister Ahsan Iqbal has emphasized that Pakistan serves as the most efficient and reliable connectivity hub, linking Central Asia, China, the Middle East, and global markets. He highlighted this during his keynote address at the inaugural Tianshan Forum on Central Asia Economic Cooperation in Urumqi.
According to Radio Pakistan, Ahsan Iqbal stated that Gwadar Port offers Central Asian states the shortest, fastest, and most cost-effective access to the sea, significantly reducing maritime access time by up to 70 percent. He further reaffirmed Pakistan’s dedication to strengthening cooperation with China and Central Asian partners.
