Mina: Joint Secretary Hajj Ministry of Religious Affairs, Sajjad Haider Yaldram, has visited 34 Pakistani Makatib in Mina, where he met with the on-duty Mouavineen. Speaking on the occasion, he emphasized the addition of unprecedented facilities to the government-sponsored Hajj scheme this year, aimed at enhancing comfort and services for pilgrims.
According to Radio Pakistan, the Joint Secretary Hajj highlighted that the new amenities include modern sofa-cum-beds, air conditioners alongside air coolers, gypsum board walls, additional fans, overhead racks in tents for bags, shoe racks, and shaded walkways with artificial grass-like carpets. These enhancements are designed to improve the overall experience for pilgrims participating in the Hajj.
Yaldram further explained that each group of approximately 200 pilgrims will be accompanied by a designated Nazim throughout the Mashair days. The Nazim will guide them from Mina to Arafat, Muzdalifa to Jamarat, and back to Makkah, ensuring a seamless journey.
He also urged the guests of Allah to remain with their assigned groups and adhere to the travel schedule provided by the Saudi government. This, he noted, is essential for ensuring smooth and timely transitions during the pilgrimage.
