Foreign Minister Bilawal Bhutto Zardari has reached Spiridonovka mansion in Moscow for a formal meeting with his Russian counterpart Sergey Lavrov.
The Foreign Minister was formally welcomed by the Russian counterpart. The two Foreign Ministers will head their respective delegations during talks.
