Ministry of Federal Education and Professional Training and the Capital Development Authority have signed a Memorandum of Understanding on Joint IT Internships Program to enhance IT student employability and strengthen industry-academia linkage. It took place today in Islamabad.
The MoU, signed between Deputy Secretary Ministry of Federal Education and Professional Training and Member CDA in the presence of the Mohyuddin Ahmad Wani, Secretary Ministry of Federal Education and Professional Training which would establish a 24-month partnership.
Under this agreement, CDA will provide 10 paid internships for a duration of six months for two years. This internship program will be offered to the students enrolled in Hi-Impact IT Labs established in 16 Degree Colleges under Ministry of Federal Education and Professional Training.
Each six-month internship offers a monthly stipend of 40,000 rupees. Upon completion, interns will receive certificates from CDA.
