APHC urges world to hold India accountable for committing war crimes in IIOJ&K

The incarcerated senior leader of All Parties Hurriyat Conference, Shabbir Ahmed Shah, has urged the international community to hold India accountable for the war crimes committed by its troops in Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir.

In his message from New Delhi’s infamous Tihar Jail, Shabbir Ahmed Shah expressed concern over the unending Indian state terrorism in the occupied territory.

He deplored that Indian troops were killing innocent Kashmiris to suppress their ongoing freedom movement but would never succeed in their nefarious designs.

He maintained that the Kashmiris are committed to take their freedom struggle to its logical conclusion at all costs.

In a joint statement in Srinagar APHC leaders, Syed Bashir Andrabi and Khwaja Firdous appealed to the UN to take steps to implement its resolutions to settle the Kashmir dispute for ensuring durable peace in the region.

Meanwhile, Indian troops and paramilitary personnel continued their cordon and search operations on 14th consecutive day, today, in different towns and villages of Rajouri, Poonch, Kishtwar, Doda, Reasi, Samba and Jammu districts.

The troops are particularly terrorizing the Muslim families during house to house searches in these districts.

Panic gripped Androla village in Rajouri district after a VDG member fired some gunshots.

Residents of Surankote area of Rajouri district staged a protest demonstration against the killing of a 9-year-old boy.
