Islamabad: An anti-polio campaign of varied duration is currently underway across the country. The initiative aims to administer anti-polio vaccine drops to 45.4 million children under the age of five years.
According to Radio Pakistan, Prime Minister’s Focal Person for Polio Eradication, Ayesha Raza Farooq, inaugurated the campaign in Islamabad. During her speech at the inauguration, she emphasized that eradicating polio is a national duty and a commitment that the country is dedicated to fulfilling.
