Afghan students visits Vocation Training Institute of Pakistan Embassy in Kabul

Afghan students of computer and English language courses visited the Vocation Training Institute of the Pakistan Embassy in Kabul today [Thursday].

Welcoming the students, Pakistan Ambassador to Afghanistan Mansoor Ahmad Khan highlighted Pakistan’s commitment to the education of Afghan brethren. He said at present over 50,000 Afghan alumni of Pakistan academic institutions are working in public sector organizations of Afghanistan and are playing their role for the betterment of Afghan society.

It is pertinent to mention that after Covid-19 pandemic, classes at the institute were resumed on 17th of this month at the embassy building. Pakistan annually grants 1000 scholarships under Allama Muhammad Iqbal Scholarship scheme. Tests for net year’s scholarship will take place by the end of this year.
